Timbuktu was opened in 1996 as a showcase for Errol Gumer Pottery and Jaime Surgil-Gumer's beaded jewelry.
	It was always Errol's dream to sell his work in his own gallery. Jaime's background in corporate art programs and interior design became a source of inspiration for developing a home furnishing store with an international feel.
A unique mix of colors, textures, and forms are all apparent in the choice of merchandise for the store. This site represents their choices of some of the most popular items in the shop.
